Working principle of RV Reduction Gear

The RV drive is a new type of transmission developed on the basis of cycloidal pinwheel drives.The RV reducer consists of an involute cylindrical gear planetary reduction mechanism and a cycloidal pinion planetary reduction mechanism.The involute planetary gear is integrated with the crankshaft as an input to the cycloidal pinion drive section.The crankshaft drives the cycloidal wheel for eccentric motion.The crank rotates clockwise clockwise for 1 week and the cycloidal wheel moves 1 tooth counterclockwise.The core components of the RV reducer are the pin housing, the crank shaft and the cycloidal wheel.

During this warranty period, refund or free replacement is guaranteed by our company when the performance of the gear reducer is severely downgraded or malfunctioned, however, we will not be responsible for the other costs arisen hereof.
The following situations are exempted from our warranty scope while paid service is available.

• The gear reducer is not used based on given conditions
• Foreign objects enter into the gear reducer
• The specification of the lubrication and supporting material used does not meet with given conditions
• Disassemble or reassemble the gear reducer without authorization
